This is the standard method of practice that I have used myself for more than 50 years. I also teach it to my students. It takes the average adult 3-4 months to learn a new habit. Give this a try every day for the next 3 months. If you haven't picked up the habit by then, I think we should talk some more. But you have to practice daily for it to work!
